John Galt Services seeks a full-time Head of Customer Service to build and manage a high-touch customer service team (~10 employees) on behalf of our client.

You are a seasoned Customer Service Professional who is perfectly fluent in English and Arabic. You will be fully integrated as a remote member of our client’s leadership team, with broad responsibilities and a great deal of trust.

🏢 Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Learn the business and technical requirements of the customer-facing aspect of our client’s business.

  • Consult with our client to develop operational processes and technical solutions that support a VIP service experience for their international customers.

  • Recruit a highly competent, multi-lingual, on-site customer service team.

  • Lead your team to conduct customer service operations here on Bali.

  • Take on other responsibilities as needed.

🧧 Salary & Benefits

You are a highly educated, experienced Customer Service professional who speaks English and Arabic fluently. We will pay you accordingly.

You will begin at a probationary pay scale of IDR 24 jt / month gross (i.e. before taxes & benefits). Your probationary period is three months.

If we retain you past three months, your pay will increase to IDR 36 jt / month gross.

After your probationary period, you will be subject to monthly performance evaluations by our client. Based on those evaluations, we will pay up to a 50% monthly bonus, bringing your total gross compensation as high as IDR 54 jt / month.

We also reserve a large pool of funds for staff perks, events & annual bonuses. If we are happy with your work, you will be VERY happy with your choice!

✅ Minimum Job Qualifications

  • PERFECTLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND ARABIC! Minimal accent. We aren’t kidding about this one. If you aren’t sure, then you aren’t ready.

  • PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE! You MUST have at least TWO YEARS of experience leading a Customer Service team.

  • You MUST have at least a Bachelor degree.

  • You MUST be willing to work early morning or late night hours.

  • You MUST either live on Bali or be willing to relocate to Bali.

  • You MUST have the right to work legally in Indonesia. JGS does NOT sponsor work visas!
