Salary & Benefits

You are a highly educated, experienced professional who speaks several languages fluently. We will pay you accordingly.

Most new associates start at a probationary pay scale of 2/3 of their base pay. The probationary period lasts three months.

You will be evaluated by the same metrics our customer uses to evaluate their own team. We will pay up to a 50% bonus for any month in which you excel by these metrics!

We also reserve a large pool of funds for staff perks, events & annual bonuses. If we are happy with your work, you will be VERY happy with your choice!

  • Live within commuting distance of Canggu, Bali, or are willing to relocate.

You are supporting our customer remotely, but this is NOT a remote job! We will provide working space and equipment in Canggu, Bali. All work is performed on-site.
